Guided imagery is a powerful tool to help you identify what your body needs in order to more effectively heal or cope with illness.
While your body will always try to do what your mind wants it to do, there is tremendous wisdom about healing built into your body, and symptoms may be the way your body tries to communicate its needs to you. Imagery dialogue techniques allow you to use your imagination to learn how to support the healing nature of your body.
Healing through Awareness will teach you three receptive imagery techniques that will help you access and use the wisdom of your body and mind. The Listening to Symptoms dialogue will help you explore what your symptoms may be trying to signal to you, and the Learning from Your Resistance dialogue can eliminate any inner resistance you might come up against as you begin to make life changes that can lead to better health.
