I’ve tried meditation and it doesn't work for me.
Meditation is great for many people for many reasons, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. People complain that it’s too abstract, too boring, or takes too long to see results. Others are wary that it may conflict with their religious or spiritual beliefs or demand they adopt a new one.
